Delivery Information

We try our very best to post out your order the same day once it has been processed.  However, some debit/credit card merchants are not always as quick and this can cause a small delay. For the fastest payment, please use PayPal.

Once you have placed your order, you will receive an email to say your order is being ‘processed’ and then ‘complete’. Once ‘complete’ it means your order has been accepted. However you will only receive a ‘tracking’ email from our courier once your item(s) have been dispatched. It will then be delivered within the chosen time frame based on your requested delivery classification.

Delivery Charges:

  • UK Saver – £4  (2-4 days)
  • UK Next Day – £7 (next day, not inc. Sunday)
  • Ireland – £7  (3-5 days)
  • Europe Zone 1 – £10  (3-5 days)
  • Europe Zone 2 – £12 (4-5 days)
  • Iceland, Finland, Norway, Sweden  (5 days)
  • International Zone 1 – £15  (up to 7 days)
  • International Zone 2 – £25  Africa, China, Japan, Thailand, Australia  (up to 10 days)

Returns & Exchange

Subject to exceptions, SELLISE is happy to exchange or refund your purchase within 14 days of delivery. This excludes Sundays and Bank Holidays. Please complete the ‘Returns Form’ included with your order.


Please note if you wish to exchange your item you will need to email us first so we can check stock availability:


Unwanted goods must be returned in a fully re-saleable condition and any tags must be intact and still attached to the product. Care must be taken when trying on clothing, so please ensure you are not wearing any makeup, fragrance or deodorant that may leave a scent or mark. Items must be returned at the customer’s expense and you must post via recorded delivery in case your order is lost. Failure to do so will invalidate the return’s policy. Your refund can take anywhere between 1-14 days to process and all refunds will be credited to the original payment method – no exceptions! SELLISE reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if goods are not returned in a saleable condition. Exceptions Underwear, Swimwear and all Accessories cannot be exchanged, returned or refunded. This is solely based on hygiene reasons.
